10-Second Reviews

The biggest objection customers have about giving reviews is the time it takes. Our reviews take only 10 seconds to make because they include only what is really needed: a standard 1 to 10 scale, what they liked more / less and a button to call the manager. Saying something else is possible but always optional.

No Special Hardware or Software

Review10 uses your smartphone QR Code scanning capabilities so neither you nor your customers need to acquire any extra piece of hardware/software. Any regular smartphone and freeware QR Code scanning app will do, check this article for the best free app suggestions.

Simple 1 to 10 Review Score

Most customers don’t make reviews because there are too many questions or mandatory comment sections. Uber does it right because it only asks for a score, everything else is optional. With review10 your customers can choose to end the process after entering their score or to continue and leave you a nice comment + photo.

Liked More / Liked Less Feature

Similar to Uber rating system, Review10 gives your customers the option to select, from a list of words, what they liked most or less about you. This allows you to collect valuable information about what to keep – liked most – and what to improve as a first priority – liked less. This feature is fully configurable including which words to show.

Notify The Manager

Customers have the chance to communicate directly with the manager by selecting the option “notify the manager”. You will then receive a notification email with customer contact details along with their review they did. We built this function because we know that giving customers the chance to complain and managers the chance to address them fast, turns unhappy customers into happy ones. These will recommend your excellent customer service to everyone.

Data Analysis Report

All data being collected is private for you and nicely packed in a simple report that you can access from the Review10 customer area. This report collects data in real time and shows you the performance of all your QR Codes with Number of Reviews and Average Rate. What your customers like more and less about you is neatly packed into an easy to read graph. Play with the time frame of the report for deeper analysis or export it to Excel.

Manage Multiple QR Codes

In case you have a bigger company, a more complex business or simply a chain of open establishments, you can generate and manage multiple QR Codes with a single account. Depending on your plan you can create unlimited QR Codes and assign each to a specific service inside your company – for example at a Hotel you could have a QR Code for reception, another for the SPA and yet another for the restaurant. Or if you have a chain of shops you can generate one QR Code per shop, making it possible to measure and compare customer satisfaction between all the shops.

Les statistiquent montrent que des maisons mises en valeur se vendent plus rapidement, parce que une valorisation résidentielle réussie (ou « home staging ») permet à l’acheteur de s’imaginer habiter votre maison, sans trop être distrait par la manière dont vous occupez celle-ci actuellement. D’ailleur, ce n’est pas pour rien que ce domaine compte des milliers de consultants en valorisation résidentielle qui accomplissent leur tâche en suivant des lignes directrices. Comment peut-on réussir sans faire appel à un consultant en valorisation résidentielle ?

 

Voici 6 conseils professionnels de Guy Martineau, courtier immobilier résidentiel et commercial dans la province de Québec:

 

1 – Diviser pour conquérir.

 

Débarrassez-vous de la moitié des choses dans votre maison. Sérieusement, vendez-les, jetez-les, entreposez-les. C’est la meilleure façon de vous assurer que les plus belles caractéristiques de votre maison ne seront pas noyées sous le fouillis. Promenez-vous dans la maison et ouvrez vos yeux. Tentez maintenant d’imaginer votre intérieur débarrassée de la moitié de vos affaires. Certains consultants visent même à faire disparaître les deux tiers des objets présents dans chaque pièce afin de mieux en faire ressortir les caractéristiques (notamment la géométrie, le revêtement de plancher, les détails architecturaux), de telle sorte que les acheteurs potentiels ne soient pas plutôt portés à détourner le regard vers votre collection de coqs en céramique.

 

2 – Dépersonnalisez.

 

Soumettez votre maison à un « programme de protection des témoins » et éliminez tout indice permettant d’identifier qui y habite.Rangez les photos de famille et les trophées sportifs de votre fils, enlevez les notes sur le réfrigérateur afin que les acheteurs ne doivent pas faire un ménage mental avant de pouvoir s’imaginer dans votre maison.

 

3 – Laissez entrer la lumière naturelle.

 

Ouvrez les portes et les fenêtres, lavez-les et surtout ne mettez rien devant! Simplement parce que vous n’avez pas utilisé la porte latérale depuis des années, ceci ne veut pas dire que vous devez l’ignorer – si vous la laissez dans son état négligé, les acheteurs s’imagineront qu’elle n’est pas fonctionnelle ou qu’elle doit être réparée. (Si c’est le cas, réparez-la…) Garder les fenêtres propres et les rideaux ouverts laissera entrer plus de lumière naturelle dans votre maison, ce qui est un plus pour des acheteurs potentiels.

 

4 – Taches… disparaissez.

 

Bien que peu d’acheteurs potentiels puissent résister à l’amour inconditionnel d’un animal domestique, plusieurs préféreraient ne pas voir de poils d’animaux trainer et ne pas « sentir » la présence de Fido ou respirer l’odeur de la litière de Fluffy. Nettoyez vos tapis à la vapeur et essayez de trouver un endroit où laisser votre animal domestique pendant que vous montrez votre maison.

 

5 – Gardez les placards propres.

 

Allez inspecter vos placards et vos armoires. Quelle impression laisseront-ils aux acheteurs potentiels? Sont-ils pleins à craquer ou s’ils peuvent contenir de façon ordonnée ce que vous y rangez? Prenez le temps d’organiser vos choses, d’épousseter les tablettes et d’aérer les armoires. Dissiper le fouillis présent dans vos placards et vos armoires ne peut que jouer en votre faveur; car les acheteurs vraiment intéressés voudront assurément y jetter un coup d’œil, même s’ils s’en montrent indifférents. Organisez vos affaires, essuyez les tablettes et laissez entrer de l’air. Les acheteurs intéressés vont toujours jeter un coup d’œil.

 

6 – Suivez votre nez.

 

Les gens utilisent tous leurs sens lorsqu’ils visitent et évaluent une propriété, donc faites en sorte que leur odorat demeure heureux. Évitez de préparer des repas comportant de l’ail, de l’oignon ou tout autre ingrédient odorant dans les deux jours qui précèdent la visite libre. Déposez quelques feuilles d’assouplisseur à linge dans les endroits où vous rangez les chaussures et les équipements de sport. Vous voulez chasser une odeur en moins de deux? Ouvrez toutes les portes intérieures de votre maison et cuisinez un lot de biscuits aux grains de chocolat prêts à cuire. Non seulement dégagent-ils un arôme délicieux, mais vous pouvez également les servir sur une plaque à l’intention des acheteurs en visite.

 

Voilà, en investissant du temps dans la mise en valeur de la maison, vous vous assurez que votre maison est prête pour la vente.
